Mistral

Peeking into the kitchens of multi-cultural Mistral, a recent arrival on Princeton's restaurant scene. (The New York Times gave it a very good rating.) The grilled octopus with papas bravas was delicious.

I somehow doubt I could bring myself to eat octopus!

Next time I fancy a bit of octopus I'll pop over!

Looks absolutely delicious. Now considering its name, is the place windy?

Love the behind the scenes shot. Some how I think they will do good business. Presentation on that plate -impressive.

The Patatas Bravas look so good. I have actually never heard of them before. But now I have to make them! :D Love anything with potatoes.

I'm not big on octopus, but I bet there's tons of other dishes there I'd love!

I love the peek in the kitchen and I love the name of the restaurant. Sounds like a place I should visit someday.

J'adore the first image Lulu, the kitchen area is alive with colour.. I'm sorry but anything that includes little suckers is not going in my mouth :))

Love this peek onto the kitchen! I like when people are sneaky with their cameras. ;)

Nice behind the scenes shot Lulu, …just took a peek at their menu, yum! My go-to is always something on the seafood menu too :)

First, I couldn't understand what is Mistral and then I clicked on its link and... How stupid I am sometimes.

Anyway, their menu is very delicious. And your pictures are very delicious also, Lulu. I never tasted the grilled octopus. It looks fantastic.

It really looks yummy, Jude, but I'm not sure I could do octopus! :-)

It looks and sounds delicious.

My seventeenth birthday was the last time I ate octopus (almost thirty years ago). I liked it so I'm not sure why I never got around to eating again. :-)
