Last-minute holiday shopping

In our town square. My favorite cheesemongers and jewelry shop (both on left) helped take the edge off:)

A very inviting square.

Last minute shoppers are those who start half an hour before the shops close.

I appreciate those wide sidewalks, too!

This street looks really a Christmas shopping street.

You should show your square more often, it is so delightful! I wouldn't mind a quick shopping spree instead of getting ready to sit in a traffic jam! Lovely pre-Xmas photo!

(And you should tell VP about that bench!)

I like Epoisses de Bourgogne so I would get that last. A magical Christmas scene.

Excellent photo. Last minute shopping is an annual event. Sometimes it's the same players from previous years.

Lovely, lovely scene.

Gorgeous lights, a real Christmas scene. Good to see the sidewalks all clear and walkable too, they are the last thing to get cleared here in the rare event of snow!

Looks so festive and inviting! Hope you didn't have to compete with too many other last minute shoppers...

This is pretty much the way I imagined Princeton's shopping area would look. Lovely.

But what do you mean "last minute?" I started today and am pleased with how much ahead of schedule I am.

(I hate putting the punctuation inside the quote marks, but Mrs. O'Connell drummed it into me and I can't do it any other way without cringing and thinking that she will find out.)
