Institute for Advanced Study pondThe Institute for Advanced Study pond is a peaceful place for scholars and others to stroll and think. Albert Einstein was part of the Institute faculty until his death in 1955.

What a lovely spot. And the Einstein connection is an important one. He visited Pasadena a couple of times and folks are still talking about it!

Thanks so much for your comment - how terrific to know he's visited Pasadena! (A town I used to live in and of which I have fond memories :)
